Rhythms over routine.
Jazz over classical.
Flexibility over static.
When we are looking to make a change or instate a habit, I like to call it a rhythm, not a routine.
It gives us more room to adapt and change.
In my day-to-day, I’m looking for more jazz-like improvisation structure rather than the classical-like rigid structure.
